Dear Colleagues,
Many variables have the potential to shape the future of academic medicine in general and of the Woodruff Health Sciences Center (WHSC) and Emory Healthcare (EHC) specifically. Health system integration, nimble decision-making, community engagement, caregiver well-being, educating and training the next generation, research breakthroughs, transformative technology, and many other factors directly affect our ability to deliver on our tripartite mission.
Faculty Conversations is a biweekly series of five- to seven-minute videos in which I discuss these and other relevant topics with diverse leaders across WHSC and EHC. My guest this week is Emory Healthcare CEO Dr. Joon Sup Lee, discussing the mission and future of our health system.
I hope you will find these conversations enlightening, and I encourage you to let me know if there’s a leader or a topic you’d like to see featured in an upcoming video.
Thank you,
Kind regards,
Ravi
