Take a free kickboxing class at Blomeyer Health Fitness Center on Monday, July 21, from 7-8 p.m. This featured class is offered with no charge to nonmembers, but you must register online through the Faculty Staff Assistance Program. Blomeyer offers a free group class for nonmembers every month.
