Claire Sterk, Emory's senior vice provost for academic affairs, was named provost effective Feb. 1 after a national search. Sterk, an acclaimed public health researcher and educator, had been serving as acting provost since November.

Engage Emory

Preview student artwork submitted to the 2013 Emory Arts Showcase.  The two-night event, held at the Schwartz Center, includes a Gallery Night for the visual arts on Jan. 18, from 7-9 p.m. Performing arts finalists will present at the Gala Night on Jan. 25 at 8 p.m.
