University Senate, Faculty Council post October meeting summaries; committee members sought

The University Faculty Council held its second meeting of the 2016-17 academic year on Tuesday, Oct. 18, featuring a presentation by John F. Morgan, chair of the Board of Trustees. Subsequent main topics discussed included communication infrastructure,

The University Senate invites interested faculty, staff or students to apply for one of its service committees for the 2017-2018 academic year. Please send your resume and a brief statement of interest to Emrah Simsek, senate assistant, by Sunday, Jan. 15, 2017. If you now serve on one of these committees, you do not need to re-apply.
