The 2016 Emory Sustainable Food Fair filled the Cox Bridge on Friday, Sept. 30, featuring tastings, educational displays, entertainment, sustainably grown produce and other items to purchase, and even costumes! The popular event is organized by students in a one-credit anthropology course, working in collaboration with the Office of Sustainability Initiatives and Emory Dining.
