Employee Council Town Hall is scheduled for April 15

Emory's annual Employee Council Town Hall will be Wednesday, April 15, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Administration Building (WHSCAB) Auditorium.

The open forum gives faculty and staff an opportunity to ask questions of top university and Emory Healthcare administrators.

On the podium to answer questions from attendees and those submitted beforehand will be Emory President James Wagner; Claire Sterk, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs; Rich Mendola, interim executive vice provost for business and administration; and S. Wright Caughman, Woodruff Health Sciences Center CEO and executive vice president for health affairs.

Transportation and parking, health care and other employee benefits, workplace and work-life issues management and leadership are perennial topics of inquiry. Questions about campus safety issues, the tobacco-free initiative and business practice improvement initiatives are also frequently asked

Reports are often given on the progress of campus initiatives and commissions’ work.
