Restaurants and spa to join Emory Point retailers

Four new retailers have been signed at Emory Point, a mixed-use retail and residential development under construction on Clifton Road, according to Cousins Properties, Inc.:

La Tagliatella, a restaurant specializing in traditional cuisine of the Piamonte, Liguria and Reggio Emilia regions of Italy featuring pasta, sauces and pizzas in a casual-dining atmosphere.

Tin Lizzy's, an Atlanta-based taqueria known for a creative menu featuring specialty tacos, guacamole and salads.

Fresh To Order (f2O), an Atlanta-based restaurant that offers affordable, health-conscious cuisine for dining in or take-out.

Jazmin Spa, a relaxing retreat for facials, microdermabrasion, thermal body therapy treatments, hair removal, nail services, and massage that has served Atlanta since 2004.

The new tenants join a growing list of retailers and restaurants already signed to the project, which include CVS pharmacy, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Marlow's Tavern, and Which Wich Superior Sandwiches.

Additional dining options, women's boutiques and professional services are being considered to round out the mix of retailers and restaurants, says Mike Cohn, Cousins' executive vice president.

Emory Point is a project developed jointly by Cousins Properties and Gables Residential. The first phase of construction, which will create 80,000 square feet of retail space and more than 400 apartments, is scheduled to open this fall.

Residential pre-leasing begins this spring.
