Motorcycle crash survivor reclaims life with help from Emory doctors
After a horrific accident, Jalen Richardson found hope and healing with help from Emory physicians and other caregivers at the Grady Burn Center, a service dog named Shadow and his National Guard unit.

New exhibit features etchings by surrealist Unica Zürn
Etchings and drawings by German artist Unica Zürn are on view at the Carlos Museum until May 24, with a gallery talk set for March 4. The works include creatures rendered in the delicate, linear style that became her hallmark.

A mysterious whale bone housed at Oxford for more than a century led faculty and students to confer with alumnus Nick Pyenson at the Smithsonian.
