Tracing the footsteps of Emory's own Indiana Jones
For undergraduate student Andrew Hoover, a seminar class led to an in-depth research project that traces the fascinating post-World War I path of an Emory professor turned adventurer.

Emory names Pulavarti chief investment officer
Starting July 1, Srinivas "Srini" Pulavarti will serve as vice president and chief investment officer (CIO), responsible for overseeing the university's investment portfolio totaling approximately $6.9 billion.

Emory junior awarded Beinecke Scholarship to study link between music, identity
An accomplished jazz bassist majoring in music studies and psychology, Emory College student Chris Batterman has won a prestigious Beinecke Scholarship to help fund his PhD in ethnomusicology.
