Emory medical students celebrate a virtual Match Day
The tearing open of envelopes was replaced by a special email that hit inboxes promptly at noon. On Friday, March 20, 138 Emory medical students received notice of where they will begin their careers as doctors.

Emory doctors have helped create a new online tool, Coronavirus Checker, allowing people everywhere to assess how likely it is that they have contracted the novel coronavirus.

Get the help you need to make remote learning a success
A new page on Emory’s COVID-19 website provides students with support for adapting to a remote learning format. The information hub includes suggestions for staying connected with professors and other students, ways to access support, FAQs and more.

Emory’s DRIVE, Ridgeback partner to get potential coronavirus drug to clinical trials
Ridgeback Biotherapeutics will license EIDD-2801, a potential drug against coronaviruses, from Emory's DRIVE and take it through clinical trials.

COMMUNITY
EmoryTogether Fund provides financial support for students affected by COVID-19
Undergraduate, graduate and professional students facing financial hardships as a result of COVID-19 can apply for assistance through the new EmoryTogether Fund. Assistance may include help with a range of challenges such as basic needs, educational support needs and family/medical needs.
