FUNDING
The Goizueta Foundation makes $30 million gift to Goizueta Business School
The largest gift in the history of Emory's business school will support investments in business and society, innovation, and global education, providing an even stronger foundation for Goizueta students in crucial areas of business education.

University recognized for student voter turnout in midterm elections
Both the Atlanta and Oxford campuses recently received awards for high participation during the 2018 midterm elections. Volunteers hope to further increase involvement by faculty, staff and students in 2020.

Emory joins amicus brief in support of international students
More than 110 colleges and universities filed an amicus brief supporting the federal Optional Practical Training program, which allows international students to work in a U.S.-based job directly related to their field of study.

Woodruff Library will hold its most popular annual event — the Pet Therapy Study Break — on Thursday, Dec.12, from 11:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Students are encouraged to sign up online to reserve cuddle time with therapy dogs.
