Get a handle on managing your stress at seven workshops from the Faculty Staff Assistance Program. You can register for one or attend all. Most are limited to 40 people. Topics covered include resilience, nutrition, sleep, self-compassion, biofeedback and more. The free workshops begin Tuesday, Oct. 7.
